Production method: cold extraction
Smell: on the nose it presents green aromas of tomato plant, fig tree and cut grass, as well as sweeter hints of fruit with a touch of apple and a background of dried fruits that are subtly reminiscent of dried apricots.
Taste: in the mouth we are invaded by green alloza with almond touches and a mild bitter taste ending with a persistent spicy finish
